The clamping system allows the quick spade combo unit to slide onto buckets with a front cutting edge up to 2″ thick or 1.5″ if using the clamping puck. The overall length of the spade is 45″ with the spade blade measuring 18″ wide by 27-1/2″ long and is made from 3/8″ steel. The frame of the spade will be constructed with 1/4″ thick steel. Attaching this spade to your bucket allows you to start digging your trench, and the loose material will collect in your bucket. This saves you time by allowing you to move more material on each pass.
